Insurance Options:
In efforts to help subsidize your treatment cost, we work with most insurance companies and will bill your insurance provider on your behalf. We are preferred providersfor MediCare and Blue Shield. All other insurances will be billed as out of network benefits. Please call our office (949.559.7999) to have your insurance benefits verified so that yo
u will know your estimated coverage for Chiropractic care. When calling, please have your insurance card handy so that we can take down all the pertinent information.

Self Pay Options:
For those choosing not to use insurance benefits (due to insufficient coverage or high deductible) or those who do not have insurance benefits we offer a self-pay option. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Payment is expected at time of rendered services.
